Our Policies and Terms of Service

Please read our policies and terms of service before agreeing for service.

Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removal is a family owned and operated business that provides pet-waste removal services to both residential and commercial properties. By agreeing and accepting the following terms of service that render the sales and services provided by us, you are bound to these terms.

The customer acknowledges that our ability to provide the services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard, and other unknown outside influences.

Pricing

Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removal offers both residential and commercial pet waste removal services.

These services include one time or weekly cleanings. All pricing is based on a cleaning area size of 1/8th of an acre. Larger areas may have additional charges.

Accessing your yard

The customer acknowledges that if Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removal cannot access the area needing to be cleaned due to locked, blocked, and/or frozen gates the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. The customer also understands that these conditions will also apply if the yard cannot be accessed due to aggressive dogs in the yard.

Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removal recommends ensuring that gate combinations or lock keys are added to your file information to avoid locked gates and that all pets are within your home or leashed during your scheduled scoop. If the customer requests that Scoop Dog returns, a driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.

Weather

Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removal will work through inclement weather such as rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer acknowledges that we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or snow accumulation. Please understand that we do not want to damage your yard in any way. If it is extremely wet and muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until your next scheduled scoop once things have dried out.

Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removal is a monthly subscription service, therefore, we do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. In these cases, we will skip service for that week, and return the following week. A refund is not issued due to us still picking up all of the poop that would have been scooped the week prior.

If you are in need of your yard cleaned before your next scheduled scoop, please call us and we will ensure we do our best to accommodate your needs. Please understand that we cannot always guarantee this request due to scheduling. 

Holidays

Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removal does not service families on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. If your scoop falls on one of these days, your service will be skipped and resumed the following week. There are no refunds issued for a missed pick up; we still have to do the work and pick up all the poop from the week prior.

Billing

Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removal pre bills for our month to month and one time services. We offer recurring automatic payments through our invoicing system. Automatic monthly payments can be started on your second billing cycle. The customer will be given the option to elect recurring automatic payments on their second billing invoice. If recurring payments are set up, your account will be charged 3 days prior to the first of the month.

In the event your card is declined, your service will be discontinued until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since we last serviced your yard, a first time clean up fee will be applied. Service can be paused for a maximum of 30 days. You will be removed from our schedule if service does not resume after this period of time. One time cleanings will be billed before the service has been completed. Payment is due prior to your scheduled scoop.

Payment Methods

Our Weekly service requires a major credit or debit card. We bill our customers via email and give them the preferred option of setting up automatic recurring payments on the 1st of each month. For One time pickups, cash and credit card are accepted. We do not accept checks or money from other money transferring apps. 

Leaves, Debris and Tall Grass

Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removal will always do our best to clean your yard the best we can. We know that maintaining a yard is a lot of work and that it may not always be in the best shape. As our customer, you understand that if your yard has tall grass or is full of leaves or other debris, it can be challenging to find and scoop your dog poop.

If you have tall grass or a lot of leaves and other debris in your yard when we come, we may miss some dog waste. Anything missed will be scooped at your next scheduled visit if yard maintenance is complete. If you happen to find an excessive amount of pet waste that we missed, please let us know by contacting us at support@scoopdogservices.com 

Hours of Operation

Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removals customer service hours are 7:30am-6:00pm Monday- Sunday. Our scooping hours varies and can range from 7am-7pm Monday-Sunday.

Additional Fees

We charge extra for the following items:

  • Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from areas not covered by grass (ie. decks, patios, sidewalks)
  • Come back request
  • Accounts located outside our service area
  • Deodorizer and sanitizing spray treatments 

Priviacy Party

Personal information may be collected through our sites or other digital and/or personal communication with you. The information we collect is voluntarily provided by you and includes information such as your name, email address, phone number, and home address. Our sites may also collect general information about the service you would like to receive including the type of property and area(s) needing service, how many pets you own, and generic information about your pet’s demeanor. We collect this information in order to provide our services.

Your personal information is used by Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removal for purposes related to our business. Your information is only for Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removal use. We will never sell or send your information to third parties. Your information may be shared to third party providers in order to process your payments or send you information. 

Cancelation Policy

To cancel weekly scooping service simply inform us at least 24 hours before next billing date by calling (980) 858-5295 or email admin@scoopdogservices.com

Revisions

Scoop Dog – Pet Waste Removal provides the services mentioned above to you, subject to the terms which may be revised without notice to you. Revisions will be effective upon being posted and updated on our website. By continuing your use of our services, you accept any changes to the terms.
